Detailed Itinerary

Day 1:Arrival in Nairobi

Upon arriving at the Jomo kenyatta international airport ,you would be met by our guide/Driver. After a warm meet and greet,you would then be transfered to Tamarind tree hotel in Nairobi .The rest of the days is yours to rest,acclimate to your new time zone as you prepare for the african adventure that awaits you.

Day 2:Elephant orphanage & Giraffe centre

After a samptuous morning Breakfast you would visit the Daphne sheldrick Elephant orphanage where young abandoned elephants all over the country are nursed.You can also opt to adopt the baby elephants.Then,drive to ngong hills to visit the Karen Blixen museum,once a farmhouse of the prominent author of the movie "out of Africa".Lunch would be served at Carnivore restaurant.After lunch visit the giraffe centre where you hand-feed the rothschild giraffe.Dinner and overnight at Tamarind tree hotel.

By adopting an orphan elephant or rhino, you are not only helping the orphans in our care, you are helping to save endangered spaces and secure the habitats they need for the future.

DAY  3:NAIROBI-TSAVO EAST

Begin your day with an early morning Breakfast then depart Nairobi to Tsavo East.On arrival at the park you would have a brief game drive as you head to the lodge.You would check in  at Satao camp in time for Lunch.After lunch you would go for your first game drive in Tsavo East.Here you would spot large herds of elephants, and its unique landscapes like the Yatta Plateau, the longest lava flow in the world. The park is also known for its birdlife, with over 500 species recorded. Dinner and overnight at satao camp.

Day 4:Tsavo East-Tsavo west

After an hearty breakfast you would embark on your next adventure to Tsavo west.Tsavo West National Park is popular for its diverse and scenic landscapes, including volcanic features like Shetani Lava Flows and Chaimu Crater, as well as the Mzima Springs. It's also known for its game viewing, including the Big Five, and its abundant birdlife.Upon arrival at the park you would enjoy thrilling game drives as you head to the lodge.You would arrive at Kilaguni Serena lodge in time for lunch.After lunch embark on an afternoon game drive in Tsavo west.Dinner and overnight at Kilaguni Serena lodge.

Day 5:Full Day Game drive Tsavo West

Embark on an exhilarating morning game drive.In the morning animals are more active and tend to hunt for food.After the adventure return to the lodge for breakfast at around 9.30 am.After Breakfast relax at the lodge by the pool and soak up the sun.After lunch you will embark on an afternoon game drive .Dinner and overnight at Kilaguni Serena Lodge

Day 6:Tsavo West-Amboseli national park

After breakfast it is time for to check out. You will continue your tour to Amboseli National Park. You will arrive at Kibo Safari camp in time for lunch.After Lunch embark on your first game drive at Amboseli national park.

Amboseli is well known for its elephants and its view on the impressive Kilimanjaro. The area always looks dry; this is partly cause by the volcanic ashes from the Kilimanjaro. But even though it seems dry, there is always water to be found due to the melting snow, which is filtered through the volcanic rock. The water runs underground and leads to a beautiful green environment and 2 watering holes in the park.

Day 7:Amboseli Full day

Full day safari in Amboseli, all meals and overnight at Amboseli Kibo Tented Camp.

Day 8:Amboseli-Arusha

After breakfast you will be dropped off at the Namanga border post, where you will meet the guide that will accompany you in Tanzania. We make use of local, passionate guides who know their own country really well and who enjoy showing people their country and culture.

*You can also opt to fly from Nairobi to Arusha (costs are app. € 220 depending on availability at time of booking)

Day 9:Arusha-Tarangire

After breakfast, it is time to leave. Next destinations is Tarangire National Park (you will collected around 08h00 AM). enjoy the long game drives at leisure! This National Park is mostly known for its baobab trees and the massive herds of elephants.

Day 10:Tarangire-Lake Manyara

After breakfast you will travel to Lake Manyara National Park. This park consists of salt lakes and rain forests. Due to the underground rivers, there is always water in this area, which attracts animals, who are ever present. This makes this park unique and very different to Tarangire or the Serengeti

Day 12 :Ngorongoro-Serengeti national park

Today we have a long drive through arguably the best game park in the world. We will head to the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater and then descend into the endless plains of the Serengeti. The Serengeti is Tanzania’s oldest and most popular national park. Its name means 'endless plain' in the Masai language. It is from here that massive concentrations of wildebeest, zebras and other animals commence the annual Great Migration in search of pastures new, providing one of the greatest natural spectacles to be found anywhere in the world. We can watch golden-maned lions stalking the migrating herds, spot leopards at rest in trees at dusk and take a hot-air balloon tour at dawn as the sun’s golden rays illuminate the land.

We meander our way through this famous park with fantastic game viewing as we head towards our tented camp in Serengeti. Serengeti serena offers intimate camp offers tranquillity, spectacular wildlife sighting and no better place to take in one of the world's greatest wildlife spectacles!

Day 13:Full Day Game drives Serengeti national park

After Breakfast this day mainly consist of game drives in the Serengeti. Let your guide know what time you would like to leave on your game drives and which animals you would like to see, so he or she can try to track it down for you!

Day 14:Serengeti -Maasai mara national reserve

Cross the border back into Kenya and travel to the Masai Mara Game Reserve. The Masai Mara is an extension of the great Serengeti Plain and is generally thought to be the most magnificent game viewing spot in all of Kenya. Here you are likely to see lions, giraffes, zebras, elephants, and other wildlife simply existing in their natural habitat. Your afternoon game drive is sure to be a highlight, followed by a night of relaxation in a luxurious tented camp. Day 15:Full day Maasai mara national reserve

Experience the magic of the Masai Mara during a full day of activities. Journey through the open plains of the Masai Mara on morning and afternoon game drives in search of spectacular wildlife! (BLD)

Day 16:Maasai Mara-Lake Nakuru

This morning you head north to Lake Nakuru. Known for its flamingo population and rhinos, Nakuru is one of Kenya’s most picturesque parks. Day 17:Lake Nakuru-Mt Kenya Safari club

Travel today to the Equator and the world-famous Mt. Kenya Safari Club. Seated in the shadow of Mt. Kenya, this iconic resort boasts a rich history and beautiful grounds. The resort was once the private hunting lodge and retreat of movie star William Holden. You’ll feel like you’re living the life of the rich and famous as you lounge by the pool, wander the grounds, and enjoy afternoon tea in the Zebra Bar. Your visit to the Equator wouldn’t be complete without experiencing the phenomenon known as the Corealis effect. Watch and discover why water spins different directions on different hemispheres! Day 18:Mount Kenya Safari club

The day is yours to spend at the sprawling Mt. Kenya Safari Club. Relax and enjoy your lovely surroundings and the spectacular views of Mt. Kenya, or participate in one of the numerous activities available. Join together for a spectacular farewell dinner this evening. (BLD)

Day 19:Nanyuki-Nairobi

Travel back to the city of Nairobi today where your tour ends
